經濟海藻養殖研究

本年度以食用海葡萄(小葉蕨藻)為優先養殖藻種,探討植物工廠模組化養殖操作與管理模式,建立最佳操作條件,獲得整年穩定的海葡萄生產,以降低養殖成本。槽式養殖除有較高生長率外,也較能操控養殖條件,可用來生產食品級海藻,戶外僅可生產半年且品質不齊。另外則繼續研究具有發展潛力的海木耳,以替代野外採集之資源量,經由人工養殖,也得到較野外乾淨、品質佳的產品。

This study aims to find the optimal operation and management for tank culture Caulerpa microphysa (sea grape) in the modular plant factory.The best operating conditions for stable and high quality of sea grape production all year round would be find to reduce farming cost, due to the half- year yield and various quality cultured outdoor.The higher growth rate and more controllable culture conditions could be found in the tank culture system for macroalgae. Therefore, the tank culture system is used to produce the edible seaweed.To replace the resources collected in the field and get clean and higher quality products, the tank culture technique of Sarcodia montagneana will be developed.
