Small copepod, Apocyclops royi has been used for years as a live feed in larval rearing of marine fish in Taiwan. However, copepods collected from culture ponds sometimes carried pathogens and contaminated the fish hatchies. The objective of this study is aimed to develop mass culture technique of copepod and utilize probiotics, microalgae or organic matter to increase the good quality of copepod also be developed.
