綠藻活性物質之萃取、分析及其利用

海藻含有許多豐富的營養物質,包括維他命、礦物質及膳食纖維等,且海藻中富有多種活性物質,例如:抗氧化、抗菌、降低膽固醇、增加膳食纖維、提高免疫力及調節身體酸鹼值等,其潛在價值相當高。石蓴及腸石髮為澎湖地區常見的綠藻,一般常用來添加在海藻餅乾之製作,利用率不高。本試驗利用澎湖地區數量較多的綠藻-石蓴及腸石髮,分析其一般成份後,再使用酵素水解及溶劑萃取,進行活性成分分析,包括抗氧化活性(DPPH自由基清除活性、還原力、螯合亞鐵離子能力、類超氧歧化酶活性分析)、抗菌活性(挖洞法、MIC及MBC測定)及酪胺酸酶抑制活性試驗,選擇活性物質較好之萃取物製作複合式肌膚保養品,用以提高海藻之利用性及經濟價值。

Seaweed is not only full with nitrous components including vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, but also carries with bio-active substances. Those bio-active materials are potentially high values because of their functionalities comprising oxidation inhibitory, microbial resistance, cholesterol reduction, dietary fiber enrichment, immunity enhancement and body pH regulatory. Ulva and Enteromorpha are common green algae in Penghu, and usually apply in seaweed crackers production. They are underutilization. The proximal analyses and bioactivities assessments of the major green algae, Ulva and Enteromorpha, in Penghu are examined in this study. The samples are treated with enzymatic hydrolysis and solvent extraction, respectively, prior to bioactivity evaluation including antioxidative, bacterial inhibitory, and tyrosinase inhibitory activity tests. The higher bioactive effective samples are selected for complex skin care products formulation to increase the utilization and economic value of algae.
