The coral trout Plectropomus leopardus distributes in tropical oceans, and inhabits shallow rocky areas where the annual water temperature and salinity ranges from 20 to 30℃, and 34 to 35 psu. It has great aquaculture potential because of very much relish fish and high market values. So, this study aims at developing the seed production and the induced spawning of Plectropomus leopardus. Once we can conduct the mass seed production, reserve the resources and create the cultural industry.
