精緻農業-卵黃抗體應用於石斑魚類種苗培育之研究

本研究利用石斑魚GF-1細胞大量增殖石斑神經壞死病毒,製作不活化疫苗施打到雞隻身上,經過多次疫苗免疫後,以ELISA法分析其力價可達104~105稀釋倍率,取其初純蛋黃液及冷凍乾燥蛋黃粉進行中和反應試驗,其中和抗體力價分別可達219及216的稀釋倍率。在石斑魚苗的保護性試驗,將含抗神經壞死病毒IgY蛋粉與鰻魚粉製成被動免疫式飼料,餵食龍膽石斑魚苗4天後,再利用105 PFU/ml 的石斑神經壞死病毒進行攻毒試驗,結果龍膽石斑魚苗約有60%的保護效果。

In this study, used grouper GF-1 cells to proliferate grouper nervous necrosis virus and prepare inactivated vaccine . These NNV inactivated vaccine had been immunized the SPF hens., after multiple boost, the ELISA analysis of the titers of anti-NNV IgY could up to 104 ~ 105 dilutions. The crude egg yolk and freeze-dried egg yolk powder were conducted neutraliation test , the antibody titers get up to 219 and 216 dilutions, respectively. In the challenge model, the larvae of grouper were pre-fed the feed containing anti-NNV IgY 4 days before challenged 105 PFU/ml NNV. The survival rate of the larvae of grouper was 60%. These data showed that the passive immunity feed containing anti-NNV IgY could provide the protective immunity of the larvae of grouper against NNV infection.
