優質九孔種苗培育之研究

本研究收集保存三種九孔種貝,來源分別為宜蘭與澎湖人工養殖及花蓮野生採集之九孔。野生之活存率為26%,對人工養殖環境適應不佳,對餌料之嗜口性亦有相同情形,因此野生九孔需有一段很長的馴養期,才能逐漸適應人工養殖環境。利用不同種原之九孔種貝進行人工繁殖試驗2次,經過統計分析,不論附苗或殼長均無顯著性差異,待養殖一年後觀察活存率是否可提高。另進行5次三倍體與四倍體九孔種苗繁殖試驗,前4次均無附苗成功,最後1次利用水族箱進行小型試驗,雖有附苗但數量極少,截至目前為止尚無法確定是否為三倍體或四倍體之九孔,需持續追蹤確認。

The collection and conservation of three species of abalone shell, and originating from Yilan, Penghu, and Hualien. Abalone is farmed in Ilan County and Penghu. Collected for the wild abalone in Hualien. Suited because of environmental and food, wild species of shellfish survival rate of 26%.The use of different kinds of raw shell abalone species, artificial propagation 2 times, after statistical analysis, whether seedlings or with no significant difference in shell length, to be observed after one year survival rate of breeding is to improve.The triploid and tetraploid of 5 abalone seed propagation, only one successful. However, very few seedlings are attached, and can not determine whether triploid or tetraploid of abalone.
