本年度以食用海木耳Sarcodia montagneana及海葡萄(小葉蕨藻Caulerpa microphysa)為養殖藻種,探討最佳槽式養殖與管理策略。比較溫度、鹽度、光強度與光質對海木耳日生長率的影響,並利用鮪魚循環水以槽式養殖海木耳。結果顯示強光550μE、低溫20℃、鹽度25ppt下海木耳日生長率可達11.2 % d-1。利用鮪魚循環水以400公升水體FRP水槽養殖海木耳,每週收獲一次,日生長率達6 % d-1;1週可消耗13.14g氮及0.91g磷,生產1.67 kg濕重海木耳。修改海葡萄養殖水槽水流及光照等缺點後,月產率由原本 2.5公斤/平方公尺 ,提高到8-10公斤/平方公尺,直立莖長度由10 cm提高到20 cm,重量由2 g提高到5 g,其中A級產品比例佔40~67%。海葡萄養殖成本仍需降低,在改變光照週期,減少光照2小時,其成長率與長時間光照下差異不大,在養殖上應可減少用電成本。目前養殖結果,球狀小枝的球體(2.5~3 mm),較前幾次養殖結果( 2.3 ~ 2.5 mm)為大,更是優於目前市場販售中的產品(2~2.3 mm)。

Studies on the tank culture of economic seaweed
This study aims to find the optimal operation and management strategy for tank culture Sarcodia montagneana and Caulerpa microphysa (sea grape). The daily growth rate of S. montagneana under different salinities, temperatures and light intensity and quality were compared. The results showed the 11.2 % d-1 was obtained at stronger light intensity (550μE), lower water temperature (20℃) and 25 ppt salinity. Using the effluent from the tuna pond to culture the S. montagneana in 400-l FRP tanks, daily growth rate reached 6 % d-1 through weekly harvest; absorption of 13.14 g nitrogen and 0.91g phosphor, and 1.67 kg wet biomass was produced. When reduced two hours of the light photoperiod, the growth of sea grape varied a little, thus could decrease the electricity and cut the production cost. Besides, the spherical ramelli of sea grape produced in recent case are larger (2.5 - 3 mm) than those cultured before (2.3 - 2.5 mm), and both are larger than the market products (2 - 2.3 mm).
