零換水養殖技術之研究

本試驗以1.8頓FRP桶進行草蝦( Penaeus monodon )零換水養殖試驗,在10、20、30psu三種鹽度下,產量(kg/m3)以20psu組的2.30±0.47為最高,FCR與用水量則最低。在100、200、300/m2三種密度下,產量都隨密度增加而上升,成長則隨之下降。在相同密度下內置網袋皆能提升存活率與產量,並降低FCR與用水量。養殖桶內置網袋與收集袋均能有效降低總氨氮、硝酸鹽氮與總懸浮固體濃度,並延緩水體酸化的情形,至於成長(g/week)、存活率(%)、產量(kg/m3)與用水量(L/kg)則是以收集袋組表現最佳,分別為0.77±0.06、81±4、2.74±0.26、367±36。以上顯示在零換水養殖模式下搭配簡易設計的收集袋即可達到傳統換水養殖的成績,同時符合省水、零污染與防疫的理念。

In this study, tiger shrimp ( Penaeus monodon )were cultured in 1.8 tons FRP tanks and zero-exchange system. In salinity experiment, 20-psu had the highest yield (kg/m3) of 2.30±0.47 ,lowest FCR and water used among 10-psu and 30-psu. In the density of 100, 200, 300/m2, the yield increased by the density, but decreased with growth. The in-build net-pocket can both raise the yield and survival in the same density, and reduce FCR and water capacity. Net-pocket and bag both can lower the TAN, NO3-N and suspending particle, otherwise they can suspend the soured speed. As growth (g/week), survival (%), yield (kg/m3) and water used (L/kg), the bag was the best treatment, it was 0.77±0.06、81±4、2.74±0.26 and 367±36 respectively. It shows the zero-exchange system with bag such the simple equipment can achieve the results of the tranditional way, and fit the idea of water-save, pollution-free and bio-security.
