The experiments used 15 FRP tanks (each with 2 m2 and 1.8KL) to raise groupers for five months to compare their growth and survival under different densities and water changing rates, with three replicates for each experiment group. In three stocking densities (10, 20 and 30 #/m2), results showed average weight gain were, 175g, 125g and 85g, FCR were 3.56, 2.32 and 2.26, respectively; while survival rates were 100% in all groups. In three water changing rates (10, 20 and 30 kL water/kg feed), results showed average weight gain were 106g, and 126g, and 150g, FCR were 2.94, 2.29 and 1.93, respectively; while survival rates were 100% in all groups.
