過去條碼（barcode)常應用於物品資料管理上。隨著資通訊快速發展與網路的普及
，條碼不再受字數限制，它的應用也更為廣泛。亦即，條碼只要儲存完整網址與路
徑的資料，手機透過條碼連結上網，可以輕易地顯示網頁內容，網頁內容可以是文
字、圖、影音等。
水產試驗所有3個水產相關的展示館，分別位於基隆、台東及澎湖。本計畫的目的乃
將位於水產試驗所的展示實體製成數位多媒體，參觀者可以用手機透過WiFi了解更
多的展示實體的資訊。本年度計畫包含：
(1)進行水產陳列館（基隆）之智慧導覽應用場域佈建環境評估。
(2)依導覽樓層檢視實體展示之數位內容資訊規劃運用與製作，設計系統提供之智慧
導覽服務體驗模式。(3)建置水產資訊智慧化服務平台與數位導覽影音內容。
1. 促進政府服務升級：完成智慧導覽前台與後台服務系統及相關無線環境設備之建
置，在不增加人員支援人力付出下，增加參觀服務人數，提昇水產資訊散播。
2. 提昇管理單位效率：系統除可導入本所之三大實體展示館，未來可延伸應用至其
他漁業領域博物館，提高水產科技E化系統多元升級服務層次。
3. 水產資訊加值創新：完成多媒體語音或影音導覽數位資訊內容，創意加值水產資
通訊應用。

In the past, barcode (barcode) used on product management. With the rapid
development of information and communication technology and the
popularity of World Wide Web, barcode no longer subject to word limits,
and its applications are more widely. That is, as long as the bar code
containing a full URL path to store data, mobile phone can use barcode to link through the Internet that easily display web content. Web content
can be text, graphics, video and so on.Fisheries Research Institute has
three exhibition halls that are located in Keelung, Taitung and Penghu.
The purpose of the project this year will be create a digital exhibition
of Keelung’s exhibition entity with multimedia content that visitors can
use the phone via WiFi to display more information about the entity.
