To clarify the early growth rates and transport process of larval tuna
and bonitos in the Kuroshio waters off eastern Taiwan, the larvae will be
collected by month in the period from April to June by
R/V Fishery Research I with IKMT net. The otoliths of the larvae will be
examined for the estimation of growth rates after species identified.
Then, connecting the growth rates and spatial distribution of the larvae,
the transport progree may clarify.
