牡蠣耐溫品系之研發

由於氣候變遷地球暖化,養殖生物對於較高水溫的適應值得進行探討。牡蠣在台灣
是重要的經濟性貝類之一,它的年產量與產值在2012年達26,923 噸與35.4億元,養
殖面積達10477.8公頃,主要在台灣的西部海岸的嘉義縣、台南市、雲林縣與彰化縣
,因此牡蠣養殖在台灣的是愈顯重要,本研究擬以以高溫(36℃以上)篩選耐高溫之
牡蠣進行人工繁殖。並與天然牡蠣進行比較,以了解耐高溫品系開發之可行性。

Due to the impact of climate change and carbon dioxideemissions,
manyapproaches are adopted to reduce these impacts. Oyster is one of the
important economic molluscs in Taiwan. The production and value of oyster
in 2012 were 26,923 tons and 3.54 billions, respectively. The culture
area of oyster was distributed mainly in the western Taiwan. This study
is focused on the selective breeding of high temperature tolerable strain
of oyster and to compare the tolerance for high temperature with the
natural oyster.
