經濟海藻養殖技術開發研究

為促進食用性海藻養殖產業之發展,增加多樣性產品,本年度擬開發新種紅藻錐尖
擬紅翎(含卡拉膠)之養殖技術。首先在實驗室探討其增殖條件, 其次建立戶外養
殖系統測試養殖槽設計、槽深、光之利用、營養鹽及換水量等對海藻成長與營養鹽
吸收之影響,最後研發其養殖管理策略,以達具經濟性之海藻量產技術。此外,提
昇海木耳產率與降低生產成本的改善方法仍繼續探討中。

To promote the aquaculture industry of edible macroalgae through
increasing the product diversity, this project aim to develop the
aquaculture technique of a new red algae Agardhiella subulata, rich of
iota –carrageenan. At first, the optimal growth conditions will be
found in the laboratory tests. Then the aquaculture system will be set up
to find the factors such as tank design, tank depth, available light
(stocking density, tank transparency), nutrients, and water turnover
rates on its growth and nutrient uptake. Finally, an economic self
sustainable and environmental-friendly technology of A. subulatawould be
established. In addition, the improving method for yield increase and
cost down of Sarcodia suieae is still on going.
