自水產加工副產物萃取、轉化磷脂醯絲胺酸之研究

天然來源磷脂醯絲胺酸非常稀少,為了能大量的製備磷脂醯絲胺酸,本計畫目標在
調查分析台灣大宗水產加工副產物的含量。今年的目標包含:1.建立薄層層析火焰
離子分析技術以分析磷脂質成分。2.使用薄層層析火焰離子分析技術調查國內主要
水產加工副產物磷脂質含量。3.從水產加工副產物中量化萃取磷脂質。4.利用磷脂
醯膽鹼經轉醯絲胺化,產製磷脂醯絲胺酸。其預期效益如下所述:1.投稿具審查制
度期刊一篇。2.建立水產加工副產物生產磷脂醯絲胺酸技術一項。3.分析國內大宗
水產加工副產物磷脂質含量調查一項。

Due to phosphatidylserinr is distributed only in small amounts in nature
source, it is importance to investigate the domestic source of material
f r o m t h e m a r i n e b y - p r o d u c t s f o r p r e p a r i n g a l a r g e s c a l e o f
Phosphatidylserine. The goals of this year include : (1) Establishment of
TLC-FID used for analysis of phospholipids. (2) Using of TLCFID
investigate phospholipid content in the domestic source of material
from the marine by-products. (3) Preparing a large scale extraction of
phospholipids from marine by-products. (4) Phosphatidylserine prepared
from phosphatidylcholine by transphosphatidylation. The benefits of this
year include : (1) Submit an articles for publication. (2) A processing
method for preparing phosphatidylserine from marine by-products. (3)
Providing database of phospholipids containing from domestic sources of
marine by-products.
