海水魚類處於不同緊迫環境下熱休克蛋白基因與免疫相關 基因表現分析

人為操作、定期健檢、環境改變、輸送、疾病感染等經常會使得魚體面臨緊迫。緊
迫壓力如果太大,會使得個體生理調控失恆,進而造成死亡。本研究則希望藉由分
析海水魚類在不同緊迫環境下,熱休克蛋白(heat shock proteins, HSPs)與免疫相
關基因的表現,藉以了解該魚種在緊迫條件下的反應與免疫基因的變動情況,以作
為改善養殖環境及降低人為損傷的依據。

研究報告摘要(英)


Human handling, routine examination, transport, environmental changes and
disease often become stressors to fish. If the stressor is too heavy, the
fish couldn’t survive during or after the stress. Herein, we try to
investigate the changes of expressions of heat shock proteins and immunerelated
genes (e.g., Mx and interferon) when marine fish is under stress.
We wish the results could be applied on establishing reasonablely rearing
environment and handling process which can reduce economic loss of
fishmen.
