選擇本中心生產的吳郭魚（Oreochromis nilotica）進行各項試驗研究。進行魚類
病原菌鏈球菌(Streptococcus iniae)疫苗的製作，進行疫苗和疫苗佐劑的試驗，魚
體免疫試驗和病原性攻擊試驗，以Rhodobacter s p h a e r o i d e s 、B a c i l l u s
subtilis、Lactobacillus acidophilus、Enterococcus faecalis當試驗輔助應用
菌株。進行疫苗和各項應用菌株微粒包覆和乾燥菌粉的復活等應用性試驗，疫苗和
相關應用菌株進行飼料添加和口投試驗，進行細菌攻擊試驗，測試疫苗和應用菌株
口投後對試驗魚的保護能力。

This experiment were defined the protective ability of cultured
tilapia(Oreochromis nilotica) induced by bacterial vaccine coorperate
with adjuvant and immunostimulant agents.Three kinds of probiotic
bacteria will also used to this study , including Rhodobacter
sphaeroides, Bacillus subtilis ,Micrococcus luteus ,etc. Challanged test
will take up after dietary experimental fish with eel diet mixed with
vaccine and probiotic bacterial strain for 15days.
