The aim of the project is to immunize fish broodstock which can produce
high titers of antibodies to inhibit infection of virus or neutralize it
during reproductive season. The way could prevent vertical transmission
of the disease. The major items herein include: booster immunization of
broodstock; antibody tracking; inducing spawning; comparison between
control and treated groups in spawning, hatching and larviculture.
