鰻魚雌性化種魚培育及繁殖技術研發

日本鰻曾是我國養殖漁業產值最高的魚種,惟近年受到全球氣候變遷及資
源量減少影響,鰻苗的產量急遽減少,造成養殖戶無苗可放,導致漁民和相關產業
的收益減少新台幣百億元以上。雖然日本在2010年已完成鰻魚完全養殖的試驗,惟
未能商業化,目前養殖業者仍須仰賴野生苗,為維持鰻魚產業亟需建立人工繁殖等
技術。本試驗為穩定獲得試驗用魚以期獲得較優質的鰻魚受精卵擬自行培育雌化種
鰻。

研究報告摘要(英)


The Japanese eel is one of the most important species of the aquaculture
industry of Taiwan. Glass eels for aquaculture is completely
caught from wild. Recently, glass-eel catches not meeting the demand of
aquaculture farms. However,natural sources of glass eel have declined
rapidly in recent years. Tanaka et al. (2003) first successfully produced
glass eels in captivity, but still unable to reach commercial
production . one of the major problems of seed production is stable
production of high quality eggs. This study will be aimed to culture
feminized eels in order to get the good quality eel eggs.
