水產種苗研究團隊-免疫激活物質在水產養殖之應用-強化吳郭魚抗病力之研究

口投Strep. iniae疫苗飼料,Iniae試驗組RPS為7.4,免疫力提升效果不佳;口投Strep. iniae疫苗配合雄克營養液飼料,Iniae*A1試驗組RPS為14.8,提升試驗魚免疫力的效果不好;口投藻膠微粒包覆Strep. iniae疫苗飼料,Iniae*M 1試驗組RPS為44.4,可以稍微提升試驗魚的免疫力。口投Strep. agalactiae疫苗飼料,Agalac試驗組RPS為3.7,免疫力提升效果不佳;口投Strep. agalactiae疫苗配合雄克營養液飼料,Agalac*A11試驗組RPS為11.1,試驗結果也不能具體提試驗魚的免疫力;口投藻膠微粒包覆Strep. agalactiae疫苗飼料,Agalac*M RPS為88.9,提升試驗魚免疫力的效果明顯。
口投微粒包覆Strep. iniae疫苗配合微粒包覆益生菌飼料,試驗結果顯示,3試驗組均顯示有效增強魚體對抗Strep. iniae的能力,Iniae*M+Rhodo*M、Iniae*M+Micro*M、Iniae*M+Bacillus*M的RPS分別為96.2%、96.2%、100%,3試驗組都可以明顯提升試驗魚的免疫力。口投微粒包覆Strep. agalactiae疫苗配合微粒包覆益生菌飼料,試驗結果顯示, 3試驗組均顯示仍可增強魚體對付Strep. agalactiae的抵抗力,Agalac*M+Rhodo*M、Agalac*M+Micro*M、Agalac*M+Bacillus*M的RPS分別為77.8%、74.1%、66.7%,其中以Agalac*M+Rhodo*M試驗組較佳。

The experimental tilapia, Oreochromis nilotica, were fed with dietary eel diet containing vaccine and probiotics for 1 month, challenged test against Strep. iniae or Strep. agalactise were examined andthe RPS(%) of protective ability were calculated . the result of oral Strep. iniae vaccine experimental groups including Iniae、Iniae*M、Iniae*A1 showed that RPS(%)were 7.4、44.4、14.8, the result of oral Strep. agalactiae vaccine experimental groups including Agalac、Agalac*M、Agalac*A11 showed that RPS(%)were 3.7、88.9、11.1.
The RPS(%) of 3 experimental groups that were fed with eel diet containing microencapsuled-strep. iniae vaccine and microencapsuled-probiotics(Iniae*M+Rhodo*M、Iniae*M+Micro*M、Iniae*M+Bacillus*M)were 96.2%、96.2%、100%, etc; The RPS(%) of 3 experimental groups that were fed with eel diet containing microencapsuled-Strep. agalactiae vaccine and microencapsuled-probiotics(Agalac*M+Rhodo*M、Agalac*M+Micro*M、Agalac*M+Bacillus*M)were 77.8%、74.1%、66.7%, etc.
