以漁撈日誌資料解析澎湖地區非市場交易之狀況-一支釣漁業

為了初步瞭解澎湖地區非市場交易一支釣漁業之漁獲量概況,並進一步調查澎湖地區非市場交易一支釣漁船之漁獲狀況、船筏之作業位置及漁獲對象組成及季節變動情況,以掌握澎湖地區一支釣漁業資源結構概況。本研究共建立10戶一支釣標本戶協助填寫漁撈日誌,自108年1月~11月共計蒐集110份漁撈日誌,總計建立2,495筆漁獲資料,共紀錄到28科50類漁獲物,總漁獲量為8,868.5公斤。比對本次調查結果可以發現,無需填報卸魚聲明之漁船總漁獲數所占比例數並不高。分析一支釣漁業漁撈日誌結果發現,不同季節別之優勢漁獲對象物種並不相同,可能與一支釣漁民對漁獲物之喜好及季節變化導致生物分布改變有關。由漁獲重心及漁獲熱點圖結果發現,第4季之漁獲重心明顯與前3季不相同,此一原因應為第4季資料量收集尚不完整,而由第1~第3季結果推測因從事一支釣漁業的規模皆較小主要都在沿近岸作業,故其作業位置變化性不大。另一方面,不同季節有不同的主要漁獲對象且同時亦會隨著漁法之改變而有所變化,澎湖一支釣漁業隨季節推移依序以藍豬齒魚、三線磯鱸、鎖管及烏尾鮗為主要釣獲對象。而根據漁業多樣性指數結果發現,多樣性指數中歧異度與豐富度與該季所釣獲之對象物種種類數相關,以2019年第1季最高,而2019年第3季可能受漁民釣獲喜好與生物習性有關,使得該季主要以漁獲鎖管為主,導致該季之歧異度及均勻度皆最低,整體而言,澎湖海域之一支釣漁業多樣性會隨季節改變而變動。

In order to understand the overview of production and the fishery structure for non-market transactions angling fishery in Penghu, this investigation will analyze the logbook data which include the fishing
situation, operating locations, fish species compositions, and the variation of season by using different indices. There were 10 vessels sample to provide assistance for filling out fishing data in our study, and 110 logbook were collected from January, 2019 to November, 2019. In total, the logbook data were recorded in 2,495 catches involving 28 family and 50 taxa; the fish weighed approximately 8,868.5 kg. The result of production in our study compare to the 2018 statistical yearbook of Taiwan's Fisheries Agency, it found the ratio of our investigation results was low proportion. The results of angling fishery structure revealed that there were different between dominant catch species and seasons, it might be related to the preferences of fishermen for catch species and the behaviors of marine organism. The fishing gravity and hot spots for angling fishery revealed that the operating location was concentrated on coastal areas during season 1 to season 3, the season 4 was change southwardly. The main fishing hot spots for angling fishery were concentrated on the south waters of Sianglu Islet and Cimei Islet. Besides, the relative important catch species would change with season progressing, the most important species was Choerodon azurio, Parapristipoma trilineatum, Loliginidae, Caesio caerulaurea, respectively, from season 1 to season 4. According to the results of fishery diversity, it revealed that the fishery diversity were varied among different season in this study area.
