低溫損傷的防治-吳郭魚耐低溫選育研究

    紅色吳郭魚TsR和尼羅吳郭魚n561A是近年所建立的品系,TsR品系利用極端選拔 方式從F2的分離群依特定的外表型挑選聚集族群,群內自交固定的品系;n561A品系 則先自交,從中依體型選拔最佳雌魚以RFID:145246561A標識為輪廻親本連續回交建 立。以具耐低溫性狀的TsR品系為貢獻者和n561A品系交配,改良n561A品系的耐低溫 性狀,因具有體型大成長快,並以其為耐低溫性狀的接受者,從F1(TsR×n561A)組合 的子代選留一批能在8.5℃待1小時個體,建立重組近交系F2 和回交系BC1F1各一群 ,分別593尾和660尾。F2低溫測試中,顯示耐低溫的能力明顯高於F1(TsR×n561A) 和 n561A親本(13℃)達3℃以上,幾乎等同TsR親本(8.5℃)。顯示F2耐低溫情形優於親本 n561A品系,並以此持續改良n561A品系耐低溫特性,建立吳郭魚的育種改良方法及 增加養殖業者收益,強化產業競爭力。

    The TsR and n561A are strains established in recent years. TsR strains were screened from F2 segregation populations collected what you want the extremely specific phenotype. The n561A was labeled by RFID:145246561A, which selected performance according to the shape of body and sex ratio of family, cross another male from the same family establish F1 , then continuously back crossBC1F1, BC2F1 to establish. Cold resistant traits TsR strain as a contributor cross with n561A, improved n561A strain of cold resistant traits. The n561A was growing up fast and large body shape, which can do recipients of cold resistant traits. The descendants selected a group of individuals who could stay at 8.5 °C for 1 hour, and established a group of recombinant inbred F2 593 and backcross line BC1F1 660. In the F2 cold resistant test, the ability to cold resistant was significantly higher than that of F1 (TsR×n561A) and parentaln 561A (13°C) above 3°C, which is almost equivalent to the parental TsR (8.5°C). It shows that the cold resistance of F2 was better than that of the parental n561A, It is expected that the TsR strain will continue to improve the cold resistant traits of the n561A strain and establish a breeding method for the growth of the tilapia and increase the profits of the aquaculture industry so as to enhance industrial competitiveness.
