性激素埋植技術運用於日本鰻催熟之研究

今年度研究發現日本鰻雌鰻利用雄性素藥粒二次埋植間隔六周,相較於間隔四周 ,在初次埋植後12周時,可以獲得更好的生殖腺發育情形,卵徑可以達到 489.72±20.82um,GSI達到9.43±0.05。使用HCG與LHRH-A2混合注射催熟可以使生殖 腺發育到一定程度的雌鰻,達到最後成熟階段。而雄鰻利用雄性素二次埋植間隔六 周可以穩定長時間產精;除此之外,本年度亦發現僅經過二次埋植的雌鰻可以自行 達到最後成熟階段,不需要注射催熟,但相關機制尚不明朗。

In this study, We find the twice androgen pellets implantation pretreatment with an interval of six weeks can improve the better gonad development of the female japan eel, compared with the twice androgen pellets implantation pre-treatment with an interval of four weeks. With twelve weeks after first implantation, the diameter of oocytes is 489.72 ± 20.82 um and the value of GSI is 9.43 ± 0.05%. Using the injection of HCG and LHRH-A2 can make the well-development female eel to reach the final maturation. And the male eel implanted androgen pellets twice with an interval of six weeks can stable spermiation with a long time. In addition, We also find the female eel only using the twice androgen pellets implantation treatment can reach final maturation, but the mechanism is not yet clear.
