牡蠣工廠化育肥模組之研發

     近幾年來,台灣之牡蠣價格較高,可能原因為附苗區域面積縮小、天然養殖面 積減少與天然災害的侵襲等之影響,而牡蠣長期以來均以剝殼取肉利用為主要方式 ,其單價比以燒烤與生食的單體牡蠣來得低,因此單體牡蠣的養殖一直受到牡蠣產 業相當的關注與投入,但是由於天然養殖環境與每年颱風與雨季的影響,牡蠣的肥 滿度不能保持穩定,尤其冬天的肥滿度更是偏低。因此本研究擬探討不同溫度與餌 料對牡蠣的育肥效果,進而建立陸上工廠化育肥模組,以生產品質穩定的牡蠣產品 ,提高牡蠣的價值。研發1噸水規模之牡蠣育肥技術,包括水質改進、不同溫度、藻 類與人工飼料等條件之探討,作為牡蠣育肥之參考。結果發現循環水加室外微藻處 理對PO4 2-的吸收有作用,將來也可考慮大型藻類如龍鬚菜來淨化水質。玉米粉組對牡 蠣育肥效果比Nanno微藻(Nannochloropsis oculata),玉米粉組效果較佳。牡蠣在 22℃育肥效果較佳,容易因溫度較高(28℃)時排精卵。三種餌料對牡蠣育肥之效 果以Nanno+Chaeto (Chaetoceros muelleri)組與Chaeto組較佳,以Nanno組較差。

     Due to the reduction of attachment area of oyster seedlings reduced, the reduction of natural culture area of oyster and the invasion of typhoon, etc., the oyster prices were higher in recent years. The price of cultchless oyster is always higher than those of cultch oyster. But these oyster always met the problem of inconsistent condition index, especially low condition in the winter. Therefore, the present study is focused on the research and development of conditioning module of oyster factory. The study is focused on the absorption of PO4 2-, the effect of temperature,kind of microalgae and artificial diet on the condition index of oyster.The study was found that the microalgae recirculating from indoor to outdoor tank could absorb the PO4 2- in the water. Popcorn powder have better effect than microalgae (Nannochloropsis oculata) in the conditioning of oyster. Oyster is easy to spawning in higher water temperature during conditioning period. The combination of Nannochloropsis oculata and Chaetoceros muelleri , and sole Chaetoceros muelleri  is better than the sole Nannochloropsis oculata in the conditioning of oyster.
