1.Applying biofloc technology to the high-density culture of Litopenaeus vannamei under industrial aquaculture reduces the impact of the external environment on the cultured organisms. Moreover, it can stabilize water quality and effectively reduce nitrogenous wastes of the water quality. The yield of the harvest unit was 4.8 kg/m2, which was 1.3 times that of the outdoor group, effectively improving the economic benefits of Litopenaeus vannamei farming.
2.The nursery of juvenile Eleutheronema tetradactylum were conducted in three groups of different breeding densities (500, 1000, and 2000 fish/m3). The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth performance among the three groups. The 2000 fish/m3 group had the highest survival rate (61.67 ± 5.83 %) and the lowest cannibalism rate (34.16 ± 4.16 %). The growth performance under different daily feeding frequency (2 meals/day, 3 meals/day, and 4 meals /day) showed that feeding of 4 meals/day has a higher growth performance. In addition, in the cultured experiment of indoor model field and outdoor earthen ponds, high-density groups seem to have a better growth trend.
