Climate change causes fish and shellfish stress and the rising water temperature makes bacterial pathogens grow easily sometimes they lead to severe disease. A lots studies show that probiotics can improve water quality, nutrient absorption, reducing pathogen infection, regulate immune functions but it's difficult to add robotic into aquatic feed due to the high temperature during the manufacturing process. Nowadays, there are many kinds of probiotics applied to the aquacultere industry, while commercial aquatic feed including probiotics is rare. The farmers still add probiotic to feed manually because of the positive functions. However, the way of adding probiotics to fish feed is time-consuming and labor-costing, meanwhile the qualities of probiotics farmers used are unverified. Therefore, this research is going to apply the healthy feeds which is developed by our institute with probiotic Bacillus pumilus D5 to bass and tilapia, we regularly detect the target bacterial pathogen's quantities to verify the healthy feed's inhibition, meanwhile we measure the antibiotic resistances of pathogens after feeding to fish and count the Bacillus pumilus D5 in healthy feed to make sure the proper storage period.
