衛星遙測於漁海況整合分析及速預報之研究

本計畫將透過網際網路全球資訊網頁及通訊衛星傳輸模式,發佈漁海況速預報,提供近即時之衛星水溫水色影像及其等值線圖,供海上作業之漁民業者參考。利用漁海況速預報圖,漁民業者可快速找尋漁場分佈位置,瞭解作業漁場環境之水文時空動態分佈,藉以發展科技型漁業產業,有效提升漁撈作業效率,並降低作業成本,增進漁業產業競爭力。本計畫於烏魚及鰛鎖管漁汛期間,將蒐集並調查分析漁海況資料,配合同步之衛星水溫水色影像,利用地理資訊系統進行漁海況整合分析,其結果可使漁民更能充分掌握魚群洄游動態,減少盲目尋找作業漁場,造成之油耗浪費。此外,同時進行烏魚生物調查統計分析,掌握洄游烏魚系群,可作為資源評估及管理之重要依據。亦評估尖仔鎖管滅絕之可能原因或是族群回覆之可能性,預測現存之漁獲物種消長狀況,藉由系群判定了解鰛鎖管資源之分布現況,當作建立資源管理的依據。

Satellite remote sensing images and their contour maps will be applied to the nowcastand forecast system of fisheries and oceanographic condition in this study. Those datawill be transmitted and broadcasted to fishing vessels by directly communicated satelliteand indirectly Internet homepage. Those useful fishing information can help fishermanto find fishing ground more conveniently and quickly and reduce the operating cost,which make the fishery industry to improve its advantage and competitive power. Inaddition, because of the details on certain biological aspects, such as life-cycle, ecology,population structure, migration paths, and reason for the fluctuation of annual yields arestill unknown, we will continue to carry out research on the population structures andphylogenetic relationships between the grey mullet and Herring and Squid species in thesurrounding waters of Taiwan.
