飼料中添加n-6系列多元不飽和脂肪酸營養對草蝦成長、活存之影響

本計畫為在飼料中添加n-6系列多元不飽和脂肪酸,亞麻油酸,γ-次亞麻油酸和花生四烯酸三種分別以0.5%-3%添加在飼料中飼育草蝦對其成長活存之影響,飼育草蝦,每隔15天測定成長率,活存率,飼料係數等,結束時分析草蝦蝦體及飼料中脂肪酸組成與其對草蝦之影響 分析草蝦血淋巴球數量和以病原弧菌進行感染試驗,以了解其抗病力,提高生產量及漁民收益

The experiments will add three kinds of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid --Linoleic acid,γ-Linolenic acid and Arachidonic acid in different amounts from 0.5% to 3% to feedsfor rearing grass shrimp.During rearing perids, it will determine the average bodyweight , survival rate and feed efficiency in every 15 days of each ponds. Analyze fattyacid of shrimp muscles and feeds . IT also will analyze the Hemocyte and Bacteria ofshrimp and in attack experiment. So it will enhance shrimp disease resistence andincrease farmers economic profits.
