近紅外光技術應用於水產飼料摻雜之檢測

本研究應用近紅外光技術,藉由其吸收光譜之特徵,以數學方法與統計模式,建立水產飼料摻雜檢測之近紅外光定性分析模式,分別比對肉骨粉、家禽粉、羽毛粉、蛋製品、乳製品於水產飼料中不同混合比例,利用近紅外光光譜儀,進行適當之光譜處理,探討最佳之識別分析模式,建立水產飼料與原料之資料庫,瞭解最佳之檢測精度,以進行成分鑑定比對。

NIRS technology is an ideal qualitative analysis to detect banned meat and bone meal,feather meal, poultry meal, diary products or egg products in aquatic feed. Discriminantanalysis classifies spectra of speciments based on their absorption features or factorsderived from two or more groups. Use of chemometric techniques Spectra files areentered for each group to be discriminated. Spectra of aquatic feed samples wereacquired by NIR and it will improve a database was set up. We believe that NIRS ispotential for discriminant analysis on admixture of aquatic feed.
