基因轉殖水產生物田間隔離試驗設施建置

基因轉殖水產生物已成為水產生物遺傳育種之重要研究方向,不僅學術上之需要,更具有產業龐大商機之潛在競爭能力。為了有效避免基因轉殖水產生物可能對環境生態造成之影響、及提供完善之隔離場地供基因轉殖水產生物在研發或未上市前進行安全試驗評估,急需設立標準化之隔離場來做有效之人員、生物、器材之隔離防護管理。本計畫除依據「基因轉殖水產生物田間試驗管理規範(草案)」規劃外,另亦參考「基因轉殖植物田間試驗管理辦法(草案)」、「基因轉殖植物生物安全評估原則」及「美、加基因轉殖水產動物溫室或田間隔離池設置要點」等相關資料,提出基因轉殖水產生物隔離田間試驗設施建置之計畫構想。

The introduction of molecular techniques in addition to the more traditional methods of biotechnology has supplied the resources to increase significantly production in worldaquaculture. For the purpose of provides consummation location for isolation experimental facility of transgenic organisms in aquaculture. Specially, the transgenic organisms need carried on the safety test before go on the market then could avoid thetransgenic organisms possibly influence to the environment ecosystem. Draws up at Mariculture Research Center of Taiwan Fisheries Research Institute to set “the isolation experimental facility of transgenic organism in aquaculture " and to establish with the source management acquisition of information for running the transgenic finfish experimental facility.
