文蛤與牡蠣優良生產體系之研發

本研究利用人工選擇及定向培育篩選成長快速的稚貝,作為種源建立成長快速質優文蛤的品系。並應用石灰、沸石粉等物質來改善文蛤池底質,創造良好的成長環境,增加養殖物的成長及活存率。另,針對滋養餌料對單體牡蠣育肥效果及衛生處理後單體牡蠣貯藏期間品質變化進行研究,以完成牡蠣短期育肥、衛生處理技術及衛生處理最適貯藏條件,生產高品質之牡蠣,以提升產業之競爭力。此外,也研發飼料投餌機新機型應用於白蝦在箱網內之養殖模式,確立文蛤池內白蝦箱網建置所需相關設備之施設方式養殖生產成本效益。最後,建立文蛤吐砂步驟與分級標準,提昇產品形象,開拓市場通路。

The objection of study are to select a new strain of hard clam for fast growth to resolvethe problem of poor growth in cultural stage. And the trial twas conducted to improveconditions of sediment during rearing period and increase growth and survival rate ofhard clam.On the side, develop an pre-market rearing, depuration system and optimalstorage condition for oysters to produce excellent Taiwan oyster that could be enhanceglobal competition of oyster in Taiwan. This study examines the effects of bivalve shorttermstock rearing on the growth of soft inside their shell. The experiment oysters arereared in tank with different diets. The oysters are feed on different diets to comparetheir somatic composition and taste, unsaturated fatty acid, taurine. Bacterial flora andcoliform in the oysters soft be counted by many interval of experiment period that theoyster rear in continuously-flowing seawater for 24 hours without any food is supplied.The flowing seawater be filtered to 1 um filters and sterilized by different doses ozone.The change in Biochemical analyses,freshness quality,sanitary bacterial and totalbacterial in oyster meat during storage from 5-30 ℃. And an auto-feeding feeder ofshrimp would be improved from fish auto-feeder or be developed a new type that couldscatter pellet feed evenly overall cage water body that would be fit to feeding behavior ofwhite shrimp in net cage.The equipments for installing net cage grow-out system ofwhite shrimp in hard clam pond would be established its construction mode thatoptimum efficiency could be achieved.The shrimp and hard clam production systemwould be developed and become a source inventory control mode of hard clam growoutin pond.The amount of feed and organic fertilizer that put in hard clam pond wouldbe reduced. The acidifying of pond sediment would be slowed down.The clam would behave its brilliant outer shell and the soft inside its shell be growing full.The growth andsurvival rate of shrimp in hard clam pond would be arise and appendant income ofclam farmer be increased. Finally will set up the sands expelling steps and classifystandard, for hard clam marker and image establish. It will help to expand marketpassageways. On the side, from the study of sift hard clam out machine, will help toautomate on hard clam classify.
