In this study, the feeding amount was the overall weight of 2% of clam. The diet Calculated in dry weight terms. The experiment divided into yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, diatoms, Spirulina, and 50% yeast replaced of yeast / photosynthetic bacteria group, yeast / Spirulina Group and yeast / diatom group. After 80 days of rearing result, in shell length growth, diatoms group was the best (p <0.05), followed by photosynthetic bacteria fed group, fed spirulina group was the worst. In weight increases, diatoms group was the best (p <0.05), followed by photosynthetic bacteria fed group, fed spirulina group was the worst. In the condition factor, also feeding all diatoms was the best (p <0.05), Spirulina fed group was the worst. The survival rates by feeding with Spirulina group was the worst (p <0.05), the other groups ranged from 99.52% ~ 98.09%.
