促進文蛤養成與育肥效果之輔助飼料研發

本試驗以文蛤總體重2%為投餌量,餌料以乾重計,分成酵母、光合菌、矽藻、螺旋藻、和以酵母取代50%用量之酵母/光合菌組、酵母/螺旋藻組和酵母/矽藻組等七組投餵處理組。經80天飼育結果,在殼長成長方面,以投餵全矽藻最佳(p <0.05),其次為投餵光合菌組,投餵螺旋藻組最差;在重量方面,同樣以以投餵全矽藻最佳(p <0.05),其次為投餵光合菌組,投餵螺旋藻組最差;在肥滿度表現方面,也以投餵全矽藻最佳(p <0.05),投餵螺旋藻組最差;在活存率方面,以投餵含螺旋藻組最差(p <0.05),其餘各組活存率介於99.52%~98.09%。

In this study, the feeding amount was the overall weight of 2% of clam. The diet Calculated in dry weight terms.The experiment divided into yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, diatoms, Spirulina, and 50% yeast replaced of yeast / photosynthetic bacteria group, yeast / Spirulina Group and yeast / diatom group. After 80 days of rearing result, in shell length growth, diatoms group was the best (p <0.05), followed by photosynthetic bacteria fed group, fed spirulina group was the worst. In weight increases, diatoms group was the best (p <0.05), followed by photosynthetic bacteria fed group, fed spirulina group was the worst. In the condition factor, also feeding all diatoms was the best (p <0.05), Spirulina fed group was the worst. The survival rates by feeding with Spirulina group was the worst (p <0.05), the other groups ranged from 99.52% ~ 98.09%.
