台灣周邊海域中層人工浮魚礁區黃鰭鮪標識放流之研究

本年度在車城外海之中層人工浮魚礁區(22。12.061'N;120。22.213'E),進行DSL層動浮採集,並定期解剖黃鰭鮪胃內容物觀察,探討黃鰭鮪洄游行為與DSL動浮之關係。結果夜間100公尺水深處,動浮分佈以哲水藻Calanoida最多(45.3%),其次為海桶類(25.2%),在DSL層40公尺則以最多海桶類Thaliacae(66%),其次為哲水藻Calanoida(15.8%),白天水下100公尺以哲水藻Calanoida最多(51.1%),其次為海桶Thaliacae(16.8%)。在黃鰭鮪胃內容物觀察方面,黃鰭鮪空胃率或接近空胃率非常高,達(82%)。其主要攝食幾乎以幼生生物為主,成魚部分僅有少數種類如南魷及鯡科魚類。

The zooplankton collected at deep scattered layer (DSL) around a subsurface FADs in the coastal waters off Che-Cheng , and dissect the yellowfin tuna stomach content thing to observe regularly, probe into the yellowfin tuna migration behavior and zooplankton relation swimming to float. Finally 100 meter water deep places, move at night float the distribution to be most by the Calanoida(45.3%), next for the Thaliacae (25.2%), are most in the DSL level 40 meters by the Thaliacae (66.0%), next for the Calanoida (15.8%), 100 metres under water are the most with Calanoidain the daytime (51.1%), next for the Thaliacae (16.8%). In the yellowfin tuna stomach contents observation aspect, The yellowfin tuna empty and near empty morn then(82%), the food composition of primarily then larval, few adult fish part only has squid and clupeidae.
