文蛤之品系育種研發

本項技術研發用種苗材料為100年7月7日購入首批人工繁殖苗,再於101年5月16日自行繁殖之第1代所育成種貝為第1批,102年1月4日測得之平均濕重0.392±0.185g,每臺斤之個體數:2045±3132。另有101年9月27日由99年11月初所蓄養較高齡成貝,自行繁殖之第1代所育成種苗為第2批,102年1月2日測得之平均濕重3.651±2.413,每臺斤之個體數:255±186。第3批材料數量較多,在102年8月14日購入當年繁殖首批養成用苗,該批苗分兩池同步放養互為對照用,放養之平均重0.832±0.309g,平均殼長14.89±2mm,每臺斤之個體數817±287種苗,養至103年1月9日之平均濕重9.217±3.346g,平均殼長31.18±4.24mm,每臺斤之個體數84±83。至103年4月8日最後一次測定平均濕重22.026±4.951g,平均殼長41.86±3.28mm,每臺斤之個體數:29±7,第3批明顯較第1、2成長批快速。同一蓄養池分2批次放養可供每週採樣檢測肥滿度及誘發自然產精卵量變化之成貝各60kg與120kg,以作為育種品系種貝是否可全數採收進行人工繁殖之依據,本年度誘發並檢測各不同來源組群之成貝與種貝之CI-g值共49次,未自然排精卵17次,育有浮游苗却未成功變態為稚貝苗有16次,成功變態為稚貝苗16次,即以極少量種貝進行多次人工繁殖之育苗方式與流程之微調與修正,逐項完成文蛤品系育種技術平台之標準操作模式。

From three years ago beginning pre-experimental have cultured and hatched breeding 3 batches hard clams of faster growing strain. Each batch selective breeding strain brood stock have planted on sub-areas in the same 5000 m2 nursery ponds that isolated by block distance. There are a small number of individuals of each batch to conducting artificial propagation for many times. Another two batches of adult clams are planted on different sub-areas in the same 5000 m2 nursery ponds the total weight of 60kg and 120kg for detecting CI-g fluctuates. The batch of 60kg groups gained maximum CI-g on April 21 of 0.05856±0.00818 at 3rd harvest from offer for sale adult clams pond. The same batch transferred into nursery pond increased maximum CI-g on the same date of 0.04816±0.00822. The CI-g values of 120kg batch groups are dropping after heavy raining and increasing lightly with good weather gradually. The adult clams reared in the floating flow through tank that with adequate algae of diatom in pond was pumping in this tank after 18 and 34 days its gained condition index of 0.04821±0.008963 and 0.04136±0.006941. On these two date after inducing spawning their condition index are declining to 0.04546±0.0077 and 0.03901±0.00836 with decrease rate of 5.7% and 5.68%.
High water temperature for a long time the CI-g values are dropping gradually also. The CI-g values on July and August are low that drop minimum CI-g values of 0.02585±0.005254 on September 15 for 120kg batch groups. There are 49 times of inducing spawning detected for many batch groups of adult clams in this year experimental conducting that 17 times no spawning and 16 times metamorphosis failure sinking to the bottom.
