白蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)稚蝦於室內高密度循環水養殖下之蛋白質需求初步試驗.

本試驗採室內高密度超集約循環水養殖方式,以一般蝦類飼料常用之原料,配製成不同蛋白質含量之試驗飼料,以了解在此養殖模式下,白蝦稚蝦生長所需之適當蛋白質含量。
試驗共分三組,每組試驗飼料之粗蛋白含量分別為28.0%(P1)、37.2%(P2)以及45.7%(P3),以其飼養白蝦(平均初重:0.29±0.14公克)八週。結果顯示,投餵飼料蛋白質含量37.2%及45.7%之白蝦,在特定成長率(specific growth rate)上,顯著高於含量為28.0%者(p<0.05)。投餵飼料蛋白質含量為28.0%及37.2%之白蝦,其蛋白質效率顯著高於45.7%者(p<0.05)。至於飼料轉換率及活存率,在各處理組間並無顯著差異(p>0.05)。
由本試驗結果顯示,在溫度26~28℃、鹽度20~25 ppt及放養密度250尾/m2條件下,室內超集約循環水養殖系統中,白蝦稚蝦飼料中的蛋白質含量建議應在37%左右。

摘要abstract(英)


Three isoenergetic semi-purified diets, containing 28.0% (P1), 37.2% (P2) and 45.7% (P3) protein levels, were prepared. Each diet was fed to duplicate groups of shrimp (initial weight: 0.29±0.14 g) for 8 weeks. Results from this study indicated that shrimp fed with 37.2% and 45.7% protein diets had a significantly (p<0.05) higher specific growth rate than shrimp fed with 28.0% protein diet. Protein efficiency ratio in shrimp fed with 28.0% and 37.2% protein diets were higher than shrimp fed with 45.7% protein diet. Food conversion rates and survival of the shrimp were not affected by the dietary treatment (p>0.05). This data suggests that 37% of dietary protein is adequate for juvenile white-leg shrimp reared in an indoor super-intensive recircular culture system under the condition temperature of 26-28℃, salinity 20-25 ppt, and a density of 250 shrimp/m2.
