水溫對寶石鱸致死、攝餌及成長之影響

本試驗旨在探討水溫對寶石鱸 (Scortum barcoo) 幼魚致死、攝餌的高低溫極限以及與成長的關係。當水溫由25 ℃ 每小時升或降1 ℃,其最高半致死溫度為36.2 ℃,而最低半致死溫度為13.7 ℃。每天升或降1 ℃,顯示31.6 ℃時攝餌量最高,最高及最低攝餌溫度極限,分別介於37.0 ~ 38.0 ℃ 與15.6 ~ 16.5 ℃。成長試驗分為20、25 及30 ℃三組,每組二重複,利用水容量2.5 t之溫控砂石過濾循環水槽,各放養60尾平均體重83.39 g之幼魚,飼育12週後;結果顯示,成長率以水溫30 ℃組的576.1%,明顯高於25 ℃組的452.1%及20 ℃組的167.7%。飼料轉換率以30 ℃ 組的1.07較好,與25 ℃組沒有顯著差異,但明顯高於20 ℃組。而肥滿度以25 ℃組較高,其次是30 ℃組;20 ℃組明顯較低。

The experiments were conducted to investigate the temperature limitation on tolerance and feed intake and growth of juvenile jade perch, Scortum barcoo. Effects of temperature on the growth of fish were also elucidated. The initial temperature was 25 ℃ and was increased or decreased at the rate of 1 ℃ per hour. The upper and lower median lethal temperatures (LT50) were 36.2 ℃ and 13.7 ℃ respectively. The results of feeding trial indicated that the upper feeding temperature was from 37.0 to 38.0 ℃, and the lower feeding temperature was 15.6 to 16.5 ℃. In the growth trial, 60 juvenile jade perch (about 83.39 g) were stocked in thermo-regulated recirculating tanks at 20, 25 and 30℃ for 12 weeks, each tank containing 2.5 tons of fresh water. The results showed that both the growth rate and feed conversion ratio were better in fish reared at 30 ℃ than at 25 ℃and 20 ℃. The condition factor of fish at 25 ℃ group was significantly higher than that of 20 ℃ groups.
