矽藻與種貝對九孔苗育成的影響(2)

誘引鮑 (九孔) 苗附著的研究很多,鮑黏液 (Seki and Kan-No,1981; Slattery, 1992; Seki, 1997, Takami et al., 1997; Bryan and Qian, 1998)、矽藻 (Slattery, 1992; Takami et al., 1997; Daume et al., 1999; Gordon et al., 2004)、匍匐型海藻 (crustose or non-geniculate coralline algae) (Kawamura et al., 1995; Daume et al., 2000; Daume and Ryan, 2004b)、微生物膜 (Bryan and Qian, 1998, Roberts, 2001)、迦瑪-氨基丁酸 (Akashige et al., 1981; Bryan and Qian, 1998) 與胺基酸 (康等,2003; Gordon et al., 2004) 等都可以誘引鮑苗附著。九孔 (Bryan and Qian, 1998)、紅鮑 (H. rufescens : Slattery, 1992) 及黑鮑 (Seki, 1997) 均以矽藻與鮑黏液為基質組的附著及變態最佳,而黑唇鮑 (H. rubra) 與綠唇鮑 (H. laevigata) 則在海藻Ulvella lens上的附著遠高於矽藻類 (Daume et al., 2000; Daume and Ryan, 2004b),但附著後的活存與成長卻不如矽藻Navicula sp. (Daume et al., 2000)。
