文蛤養殖之池塘底質動態研究

實驗模仿池塘曬池在21天期間在3個試驗池定期測量底土因子,由水份含量、EOM及SOD都是在在14天期間急速下降,顯示池塘曬池作業的時間至少需要14天,才能保證改善池塘底土的效果。池塘添加茶粕作為基肥的試驗,由底土氧化還原電位、EOM及SOD的數據顯示發酵作用在第7天時達到最高點,而在28天時發酵完成。文蛤池每週定期使用二氧化氯或光合菌,可以增加底土的氧化還原電位,減少底土的易氧化物質及底土需氧量而達到改善池塘的底土環境,提升文蛤的成長及肥滿度。

The experiment imitate pond drying, measured periodically sediment factors of three test pond during 21 days. The moisture content, EOM and SOD of sediment are decline rapidly during 14days. Display the procedure of pond drying that require at least 14 days, in order to ensure the effect of improving pond sediment. Add meal of tea seed to pond for fertilizing. Data of ORP, EOM and SOD show the fermentation of pond to the highest point in the seventh day, and he fermentation is completed in 28 days. Hard clam pond use chlorine dioxide or photosynthetic bacteria every week, can increase ORP of sediment and decrease EOM and SOD of sediment. To improve pond sediment and enhance the growth and body condition of hard clam.
