新興養殖貝類繁養殖技術研究

本試驗之目的在研究小眼花簾蛤之人工繁殖技術、不同放養密度對稚貝成長之影響 及快速成長F2人工繁殖及篩選。選擇成熟種貝,陰乾4小時後,置入3.5噸玻離纖維 水槽中進行人工繁殖,今年度共人工繁殖12次,共成功7次,每批次所得受精卵介於 900-3000萬粒之間。不同放養密度對稚貝成長之影響:取平均殼長14.76±0.91mm 總 重0.51±0.09g 之小眼花簾蛤放養於100*200*20cm的FRP水槽,內鋪5分海砂,探討 150、250、350粒/平方米三種不同密度對其稚貝成長之影響,每4週取樣分析殼長及 重量,試驗共進行16週,試驗結果:殼長方面以150粒/平方米19.22 ±0.02mm顯著高 於250粒/平方米19.04±0.09mm及350粒/平方米18.93±0.06mm,總重方面以150粒/平 方米1.168±0.007g顯著高於250粒/平方米1.115±0.007g及350粒/平方米 1.100±0.0161g。活存率以150粒/平方米74.67±1%顯著高於350粒/平方米 64.24±4.54%。F1世代人工繁殖幼苗經1分篩網篩篩成長較快速的F2世代前5%約2.3萬 粒,其平均殼長重為9.82±0.060mm,0.130±0.026 g。

This study is to understand the processes of artificial propagation of Ruditapes variegates, the effects of different stocking densities on the growth of juveniles, and the rapid growth of F2 artificial propagation and screening. Propagation process was to select mature broodstock and to cool dry for four hours, then put into 3.5 tons of glassfiber water tank for artificial breeding. Artificial propagation of this year were 12 times, seven times were success, fertilized eggs per batch were between 900-3000 million. The effects of different stocking densities on the growth of juveniles: The initial average shell length 14.76 ± 0.91 mm and the total weight 0.51 ± 0.09 g of Ruditapes variegates were used for growth performance.. The clams were stocked in 100 × 200 × 20 cm FRP water tanks, 150,250,350 individual / m2 .Three different density on the growth performance. Every 4 weeks sampling analysis of shell length and weight, the total experiment time was 16 weeks. In shell length growth, the 150 individual / m2 19.22 ± 0.02 mm was significant higher than 250 individual / m2 19.04± 0.09mm and 350 individual / m2 18.93 ± 0.06 mm.In weight growth , the 150 individual / m2 1.168± 0.007 g was significant higher than 250 individual / m2 1.115± 0.007 g and 350 individual / m2 1.100 ± 0.016 g.In survival rate, the 150 individual / m2 74.67 ± 1.00 % was significantly higher than 350 individual / m2 64.24 ± 4.54%. the rapid growth of F2 artificial propagation and screening.
