鋸緣青蟹育成及養殖模式開發研究

    鋸緣青蟹進行低溫麻醉試驗結果,海水溫度降至12℃開始出現麻醉現象,隨著 海水溫度降低,麻醉時間則越短,水溫達6度℃麻醉時間為37.8±4.4秒,然而經麻醉 後立即回復時間則未因麻醉溫度越低回復時間越長,四個試驗度溫度回復時間無明 顯差異。長時間低溫環境試驗結果,鋸緣青蟹置於低溫海水環境時間越長,其回復 時間也跟著增加,持續於6℃海水中2個小時,回復平均時間長達4429.7±110.9秒 ,且出現50%死亡率。鋸緣青蟹投餵不同餌飼料試驗結果,投餵下雜魚肉接受度高 ,但易出現水質不佳,不易管理的問題,投餵粒狀沉性飼料鋸緣青蟹接受度也高 ,也有良好的成長,可作為後續開發鋸緣青蟹人工配合飼料的參考。

    Scylla serrata hypothermicanesthesia test results, the water temperature dropped to 12 ℃ anesthesia phenomenon began to appear. Response time is not immediatelyafter anesthesia because anesthesia temperature decreases. There were nosignificant differences in recovery time between the four test results. Long-termlow-temperature environmental test results, Scyllaserrata longer time in the low temperature, the recovery time also followedincreased. At 6 ℃ low temperature for 2 hours, the average reply time of 4429.7± 110.9 seconds and 50% mortality occurs. Feeding different bait feed testresults, feeding under the trash growing fast, but poor water quality problems.Feedinggranular pelleted feed, Scylla serrata receptivityis good, there are good growth. The future can be used as reference for the development of artificial mixedfeed of Scylla serrata.
