優質午仔魚開發與應用

午仔魚(四指馬?,Eleutheronema tetradactylum)為臺灣海水魚養殖重要魚種之一 ,以屏東縣佳冬、枋寮為主要養殖生產區。在110年度,午仔魚產量已達12,016公噸 ,產值18億多元。臺灣自新加坡引進午仔魚養殖已20多年,目前已發展成完全養殖 產業,由於午仔魚養殖至二年齡即可性成熟成為種魚,因此,繁殖業者通常將自行 繁殖的魚苗培育成種魚,長久下來,有近親繁衍疑慮,容易造成午仔魚族群遺傳基 因窄化,可能導至出現子代成長緩慢、生殖力降低、抗病力差等問題。因此,有必 要進行午仔魚育種研究,找出適合分析辨識親緣之分子標誌,引進外來種原,積極 建立午仔魚種原庫,有利於午仔魚養殖產業之永續發展。

Fourfinger threadfin (Eleutheronema tetradactylum) is one of the important fish species in marine fish farming in Taiwan, with Jiadong and Fangliao in Pingtung County as the main breeding and production areas. In 2021, the output of larvae reached 12,016metric tons, with an output value of more than 1.8 billion yuan. It has been more than 20 years since Taiwan introduced the breeding of larvae from Singapore, and it has now developed into a complete farming industry. Since the larvae can be sexually matured into seed fish when they are bred to the second age, the breeders usually breed the self-propagating fry into seed fish for a long time. Doubts about inbreeding can easily lead to narrowing of the genetic genes of the larvae population, which may lead to problems such as slow growth of offspring, reduced fecundity, and poor disease resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the breeding of larvae, find molecular markers suitable for analysis and identification of relatives, introduce foreign species, and actively establish a stock of larvae species, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the larvae aquaculture industry.
