運用全球海洋微生物調查資料庫解析文蛤養殖環境微生物 結構與功能之研究

文蛤在我國已作為重要養殖貝類物種物種數十年,每年三月、六月、九月時常發生 文蛤死亡率有偏高的情形,初步推測可能原因為季節轉換氣溫變化劇烈、養殖密度 過高、水質環境惡化或是疾病等因素所造成,本研究擬定期採樣文蛤養殖池水組成 ,並嘗試運用新型定序方式解析菌相變化情形與時間之關係。本研究擬定期採樣文 蛤養殖池水樣品,運用新型定序方式解析養殖池水菌相組成與時間之關係,嘗試運 用海洋生物多樣性資料及菌相功能資料去分析池水所含核酸序列,探討文蛤養殖季 節性損失的原因,並利用定序技術解析文蛤養殖池微生物組成,配合Tara海洋微生 物序列資料庫,包含物種辨識及菌相代謝功能預測等,未來期望能以這些資料作為 基石對文蛤養殖環境改善提出建議,改善產量不穩定之問題,穩定文蛤養殖業者之 收入,促進文蛤養殖業永續發展。

Regularly sample water samples from clam breeding ponds, and use a new sequencing method to analyze the relationship between the composition of the water bacteria in the breeding pond and time. Applying marine biodiversity data and bacteria function data to analyze the nucleic acid sequence contained in the pond water, and try to explore the reasons for the seasonal loss of clam culture. Clams have been an important species of cultured shellfish in my country for decades. The mortality of clams is often high in March, June, and September each year. It is preliminarily speculated that the possible reasons are the drastic changes in seasonal temperature, high breeding density, The water quality environment is deteriorated or caused by diseases and other factors. This study intends to sample the water composition of clam culture ponds regularly, and try to analyze the relationship between bacterial phase changes and time by using a new sequencing method, explore the reasons for the seasonal loss of clam culture, and relevant research conclusions can make progress in Taiwan's clam aquaculture industry. This project uses sequencing technology to analyze the microbial composition of clam culture ponds, and cooperates with the Tara marine microbial sequence database, which includes species identification and bacteria function prediction. In the future, it is hoped that these data can be used as the cornerstone to make suggestions on the improvement of clam culture environment and improve production instability. The target is to stabilize the income of the clam aquaculture industry and promote the sustainable development of the clam aquaculture industry.
