文蛤養殖安全衛生與健康管理之建立

文蛤是臺灣重要的養殖貝類之一。 近年來,由於氣候變化快速和養殖管理因應策略 之缺乏,造成文蛤的產量極不穩定,本計畫之目的為運用智慧化水質監測系統長期 監控現場池塘水質參數、微氣候條件,以預警式之防治作為用以減少養殖戶之損失 。建立文蛤疫病發生時養殖參數條件(包括:溶氧量、溫度、酸鹼度、鹽度、氨氮 、ORP、與硫化氫)等,配合疾病防治策略之選擇應用,進一步提供科學化之環境監 測數據並適時提供給養殖業者,作為自主生產管理上與疾病防治之參考,預作防治 準備以降低疾病損失之風險。

Hard clam is one of the important cultured shellfish in Taiwan. In recent years, the production of hard clams has been extremely unstable due to climate change happening faster and a lack of coping strategies for feeding management. A survey on monitoring water quality and microclimate conditions to apply in hard clam farms by using the intelligent water quality monitoring system as a way to reduce the economic loss for early warning prevention. This project continuously monitored the culture environment data, including the dissolved oxygen, temperature, pH, salinity, ammonia nitrogen, oxidation-reduction potential, and hydrogen sulfide. It cooperated with the farmer regarding disease prevention strategies for production management and disease prevention. Establish a good healthy clam production management program to help the clam farmers in self-management for healthy reproduction.
