智慧養殖技術延伸與擴散應用

近年水產養殖業面臨環境變化、氣候災害、疾病等風險之頻繁影響,此外養殖經驗 傳承、人力老齡化及缺工問題,亦為產業發展亟待解決之課題。本研究前期已應用 資通訊科技、物聯網、雲端運算及大數據分析與智能互聯概念,開發多種智慧化養 殖技術,今年度將持續開發鏈球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌的自動監測系統開發、死亡與 存活文蛤篩選演算法開發、開發餌料生物培育系統最佳生產模式、水產養殖投餵系 統服務再加值:導入智慧科技串接專家知識與生產端養殖戶,以期解決目前傳統養 殖所遭遇問題,以協助傳統水產養殖業自動化與智慧化,並促進產業朝智能化養殖 的方向努力,並且擴散應用。

The aquaculture industry in Taiwan has recently faced numerous challenges, including the impact of environmental changes, natural disasters, diseases, the aging of experienced aquaculture workers, and a shortage of manpower. To address these challenges, we have been utilizing information and communication technology (ICT), internet of things (IoT), cloud computing, and big data analysis to develop various smart aquaculture technologies. This year, we will continue to develop an automatic monitoring system for Streptococcus iniae and Staphylococcus aureus, a screening algorithm for dead and live clams, the best production model for a feed biocultivation system, and value-added services for aquaculture feeding systems. We aim to link expert knowledge with production-end aquaculture workers to solve traditional problems and help transform the traditional aquaculture industry into a more automated and intelligent one, promoting the industry towards smart aquaculture and expanding its application.
