日本政府規劃於112年春天起將連續30年將稀釋後「含氚廢水」排入海洋，此問題亦 攸關國人漁業及糧食安全。為保障我國國人權益、漁民生計及漁業永續經營，本計 畫將延續111年之研究成果，繼續前往周邊海域各測站收集海水及浮游動物，送往專 業實驗室取得檢測數據。有效掌握日本稀釋後「含氚廢水」排入海洋前之背景數據 ，並撰寫應變指導方針，以保障漁民作業權益及減少民眾對於魚介貝類之疑慮。

The Japanese Government plans to discharge the diluted "tritiumcontaining wastewater" into the ocean for 30 consecutive years starting in the spring of 2023. This issue is also related to the fishery and food security of Taiwan. In order to protect Taiwan's human rights, fishers' livelihoods, and fishery sustainability, this project will continue the 2022 project works and collect seawater and zooplankton at various stations in the surrounding waters and send them to professional laboratories to obtain test data. In addition, we will also discuss the results of the completed radiation survey of fisheries in the waters around Taiwan and the background data of Japan's diluted "tritiumcontaining wastewater" before being discharged into the ocean. These efforts can effectively serve as the basis for strategic fisheries management.
