牡蠣產地鑑別技術之研發-I

牡蠣為臺灣重要的經濟性貝類,為提昇國產蚵的產業競爭力,以因應臺灣未來加入 CPTPP開放自由貿易後,對臺灣本土蚵產業之衝擊,因而推行地產地消,促進市場區 隔。由於牡蠣以外部型態特徵或軟體組織很難鑑別種類,海關稽查困難,DNA鑑定需 耗時5-7天。將利用即時定量聚合酶連鎖反應技術,應用於國產牡蠣與進口牡蠣種類 鑑別之快速鑑定。近年來由於有進口牡蠣混充國產牡蠣的情形,導致市場價格混亂 ,為建立對於牡蠣產地辨別技術的開發,本計畫擬利用穩定同位素技術及多重元素 等方法,透過不同環境中同位素的比值不同及14項元素之乾基含量,建置臺灣產牡 蠣之指紋圖譜資料庫,作為國產牡蠣之產地辨別之標準。

Oyster is an important economical shellfish in Taiwan. In order to enhance the industrial competitiveness of domestically produced oysters, in response to the impact on Taiwan's local oyster industry after Taiwan's entry into the CPTPP and open free trade in the future, local consumption of local oysters has been promoted and market segmentation has been promoted. Because oysters are difficult to identify by external morphological characteristics or soft tissue, customs inspection is difficult, and DNA identification takes 5-7 days. The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction technology will be used in the rapid identification of domestic oyster and imported oyster species. In the same time, imported oysters mixed with domestic oysters have confused the market price. In order to establish the technology for distinguishing the origin of oysters, this project intends to use stable isotope analysis and multi-element. We hope to build the stable isotope and multi-element database of Taiwanese oysters based on the ratios of isotopes and the dry basis content of 14 elements in different origins. In addition, evaluate the identification techniques and standard operating procedures as the criteria for identifying the origin of domestic oysters.
