海域建置人工藻床技術及藻類應用效益評估

農業委員會提出於2040年達淨零排放目標,本計畫以海洋生態產生的碳匯作為達到 淨零排放的目標,藻場除了碳匯功能以外,在生態系中對於海洋棲地復育、漁業資 源增殖皆有所助益,可創造海藻碳匯功能及漁業資源護育海域之雙重效益。配合開 發完善的陸域培育槽之量化技術,藉以提供穩定的種苗來源,除建立海藻類養殖量 產化技術以外,增加海藻利用多樣化並透過加工技術研發符合社會型態需求的海藻 加工食品,更可多元化利用海藻創造經濟效益。透過健全藻類產業價值鏈,提供漁 民經濟收益,增加養藻種碳之意願。

Council of Agriculture proposes net-zero emission target by 2040. The project uses the carbon sink generated by marine ecology as the goal of achieving net zero emissions. In addition to the function of carbon sink, seaweed farms are beneficial to the restoration of marine habitats and the proliferation of fishery resources in the ecosystem. It could create the dual benefits of seaweed carbon sink function and fishery resources protection and cultivation of sea. Cooperate with the well-developed quantitative technology of land cultivation tanks to provide a stable source of seedlings. In addition to establishing mass-production technologies for seaweed farming, increase the diversification of seaweed utilization and develop seaweed processed foods that meet the needs of society. In this way, seaweed can be diversified to create economic benefits. By improving the value chain of the seaweed industry, providing fishermen with economic benefits and increasing the willingness to culture algae.
