海木耳生產模組碳捕捉效益評估及其低碳產品之加工利用

本計畫將探討陸上海木耳(Sarcodia suiae)養殖模組生產過程之各季節環境與水質 條件(光照強度、pH、溫度、氨氮、亞硝酸鹽氮、硝酸鹽氮、正磷酸鹽)與海木耳產 量、品質之關係,並估算生產製程中海木耳捕捉二氧化碳轉化為生物質之能力,後 續將究明海木耳等海藻作為生產過程碳排放較低的蛋白料源之加工應用可行性,如 胺基酸組成、體外消化率以及植物肉料源等,可做為未來政策制定管理及推廣海藻 養殖產業發展之利基。

This project will discuss the seasonal environment and water quality conditions (light intensity, pH, temperature, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, and orthophosphate) of the production process of the land-based tank-type Sarcodia suiae farming module. The relationship with the yield and quality of Sarcodia suiae, and estimate the ability of Sarcodia suiae to capture carbon dioxide and convert it into biomass during the production process. In the future, the feasibility of processing and applying Sarcodia suiae and other seaweed as a protein source with low carbon emissions in the production process, such as amino acid composition, in vitro digestibility, and plant meat source can be used as a niche for future policy formulation, management, and promotion of the development of the seaweed farming industry.
