定棲性魚介類增裕技術之研究

針對重要經濟性定棲物種如澎湖的水晶鳳凰螺及遠海梭子蟹以及彰化沿海的美食奧 螻蛄蝦等,建立其野生族群、漁獲量及棲地特性的基礎資料,並以人工增殖種苗與 放流來增裕野外資源。除了可直接增加漁獲量與漁民收益之外,並以種苗量產技術 推廣來拓展這些物種的養殖產業,達到永續利用的目的。同時,針對澎湖當地受法 令禁捕或限捕保護之特殊經濟性棲地保種物種(如銀塔鐘螺、長硨磲蛤、白棘三列海 膽及澎湖章魚等),調查其分布熱點、設置長期監測樣區與調查方法、建立野外族群 量變動趨勢及生態生殖基礎資料,瞭解族群狀況及復育急迫性,並確立後續培育及 資源增裕方針。

Through the establishment of seedlings breeding and release mechanism in order to restore the population of wild groups of important economic sedentary species, such as Laevistrombus canarium, Portunus pelagicus in Penghu and Austinogebia edulis in Changhua. The purpose is to directly enrich the natural resources of these species and achieving the sustained production, which are increasingly more dependent on aquaculture due to the sophisticated breeding technology.At the same time, In Penghu's water territory, there are various sedentary species of critical economic value and protected by law, such as Tectus pyramis, Tridacna maxima, Tripneustes gratilla and Octopus sp. . As a result, continued research on their distribution fluctuation and their ecological health is critically important. This project seeks to conduct rigorous monitoring and survey the annual population fluctuation in the wild and investigate the underlying parameters. Furthermore, The results can be used by the fishery authorities to adopt appropriate management and restoration methods.
