德班氏活額蝦幼苗之發育研究

德班氏活額蝦 (Rhynchocinetes durbanensis) 的受精卵在水溫27.0 ± 1.0 ℃，鹽度31.0 ± 1.0 psu的環境下孵化，飼養55天，經過12期的眼幼苗及1期後期幼苗後，變態成稚蝦。本文為國內首篇描述德班氏活額蝦幼苗各期變態的特徵，並繪圖加以說明者。稚蝦經過2個月的飼養後即開始產卵。最小產卵體型全長30.0 mm、體長22.2 mm、頭胸甲長5.3 mm、產卵數285顆。德班氏活額蝦的生殖週期在水溫21.9 ± 1.1 ℃為20天；28.2 ± 0.5 ℃為10天。孵化時間在水溫22.0 ± 1.4 ℃為18天；29.2 ± 0.3 ℃為9天。生殖周期及孵化時間與水溫呈負相關。德班氏活額蝦的產卵量介於267 ~ 1,764顆。產卵量與頭胸甲長呈正相關。
摘要abstract(英) The larvae of Rhynchocinetes durbanensis grew through twelve zoea stages and one postlarvae stage and metamorphosed into the juvenile at 55 days cultivation under the 27.0 ± 1.0 ℃, 33.0 ± 1.0 psu. The major morphological characteristics of each stage was described and illustrated. The number of eggs of each ovigerous female varied from 267 to1,764. The eggs were hatched at 9 days after spawning under 29.2 ± 0.3 ℃ or at 18 days under 22.0 ± 1.4 ℃. The reproductive cycle was 10 days under 28.2 ± 0.5 ℃ or 20 days under 21.9 ± 1.1 ℃.
