攝餌促進劑之開發研究-海鱺的大豆蛋白飼料中胺基酸的添加效果

本研究的目的是 確立大豆蛋白飼料中胺基酸的添加對海鱺魚苗的攝餌促進效果。飼料中胺基酸的添加，除可促進海鱺魚苗的攝餌率外，也可增加黃豆粉的營養價並提昇其利用效率，使飼料成本降低，增高收益。
研究報告摘要(英) The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of amino acids as a feeding stimulant adding to soy-protein based diets for cobia. Soy-protein based diets supplemented with amino acids also can improve the nutrition value and reduce the costof diets.
